		<description>That&#039;s a good mix, Karlil.  I think we get caught up going from goal to goal without ever spending time enjoying the journey.  I agree with you, Karlil, let&#039;s slow down a bit and actually experience the Now.</description>

I love how you try to implement changes by doing baby steps spreading over a couple of goals. I tend to believe more doing little changes and improve yourself overtime than trying to drastically change oneself over a period of a day. It&#039;s more realistic in my opinion.

I have been doing some changes myself, little by little. There are some goals that i&#039;m not in a hurry to achieve while there are some that i have made deadlines on. Keep it up!</description>
